Maximizer CRM Dashboards
A workshop for Maximizer CRM users, this masterclass is an interactive morning session facilitated by Mark Annett, head of Camsoft CRM Solutions in EMEA, and is aimed at sales managers and senior sales staff who use Maximizer CRM at their organisations.
Maximizer Dashboard provides you an instant view of various metrics, measuring your activities and your performance in real time. With the appropriate metrics, you will be able to see which areas are doing well and which areas need attention. With this type of information on your screen at all times, you can see in a glance how your company is doing and even see the indicators register activity from moment to moment.
Dashboards can be used by Management to help proactively adjust tactics, resources and follow-up activities important to the success of the company. Important indicators, such as daily lost or won opportunities, can configure your Dashboard to notify you with an alarm when the indicator passes a certain mark.This helps to notify you when a critical situation has occurred that requires your attention, or when you surpass a goal that you set for your team.
The intention of the workshop is to impart to attendees the necessary knowledge and advice on how to gain a successful practical working knowledge of their sales environment and learn what data and management systems are required to optimize the efficiency and productivity of their sales teams.

About the facilitator
Mark Annett has been dedicated to all-things CRM for over 20 years and is an owner of Camsoft CRM Solutions, the leading Maximizer CRM partner in EMEA and recipient of numerous top CRM business awards in the last decade. Mark has an intimate knowledge of the Maximizer CRM system and its value to an organization and as the head of an international team of sales and technical people has personally been involved in over 400 highly successful CRM implementations of his own across Africa and in the UK.
His implementations have been at organisations ranging from SMEs to manufacturers, telcos, state-owned enterprises, insurance companies and banks and his experience has taught him what does and doesn’t work in the various different environments. Mark has a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable locally-available experts on CRM with a sound understanding of the underlying technology that can help make a successful CRM implementation such a valuable asset to an organization. As a practicing trauma and relationship counsellor in his spare time, Mark also has a deep respect and insight into what motivates people and how to get the best out of them.
