About the facilitator

Suzanne Burgess is the owner of SalesBytes, a B2B sales development consultancy based in Gauteng. She founded the United Professional Sales Association of Southern Africa in 2005 and chaired it for over 3 years. Suzanne is a trusted advisor to many sales managers and their teams and has hosted over 4000 people at various SalesBytes seminars, breakfasts and training events in the past 20 years. This experience has given Suzanne a “big picture” perspective on the many challenges that B2B sales organisations face today. In 2018, she continues to consult to companies and assist with the implementation of Maximizer CRM systems for Camsoft locally as a valued partner.
